The law firm was founded in 1995 by Carole Ann Geronimo, a graduate of New York Law School.  Prior to founding her own firm, Carole Ann worked in law firms in New York and New Jersey.  Before then, she was employed in scientific publishing.   She has over twenty years of experience in a wide range of legal matters, from Family Law (divorce, visitation, child custody, maintenance, alimony, child support, Domestic Violence and post judgment matters), Education Law (representing children with special needs and assisting the parents n obtaining a free and appropriate program as well as representing the need s of gifted students, including gifted/learning disabled students), Business Law (representation of small to medium size businesses in a full range of matters from establishing the type of business entity, compliance with state, local and Federal laws and regulations to acquisition and financing), and real estate (both residential and commercial).   The firm serves individuals throughout the state of New Jersey in all matters and in the State of New York only for Education Law, Corporate and Real Estate matters.  Carole Ann believes that it is of paramount importance to keep apprised of emerging issues and she regularly attends continuing legal education seminars, conferences (for both lawyers and special education advocates), professional association activities and civic affairs.
